Cauliflower-Egg Masala

Ingredients:
Cauliflower ----2 pounds(small pieces)
Eggs-------------3
Onion-----------1(finely chopped)
Green chilli----2(finely chopped)
Salt-------------- to taste
Chilli pwdr-----to taste
Coconut grate--1tbsp

For Tadka:
Oil---------------3 tbsp
Garlic-----------2 (finely crushed)
Chana,
Mustard seeds,
Jeera,urad dal---1 tbsp(mixed)

Procedure:
1)take a bowl and add water to it.add cut cauliflower pieces to it and let it boil for 5-7 minutes.
Keep it aside
2)take a pan and add oil.
3)add tadka to it and fry till golden brown.
4) add onions,green chillies,salt and a pinch of turmeric to it and let it fry well.
5)add boiled cauliflower into the pan and let it fry without lid on top for 10-15 minutes.
6)make space in the middle of the pan and add eggs and scramble them well.
Tip:so that eggs will be scrambled into small pieces and mix well with cauliflower.
7) now mix everything in the pan and add chilli powder,grated coconut and mix well.
8) let the curry fry for 5 minutes and then take out into the serving bowl.
Tips: cauliflower masala goes well with chapathi and as a side dish with pappu/ sambar/rasam.
