Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken---------2 lbs
ginger garlic paste---------1 tbsp
corn starch----------------1 tbsp
All purpose flour----------1 tbsp
Eggs----------------------2 whole
Pepper pwdr--------------1 tbsp
salt------------------------to taste
chilli pwdr-----------------2 tbsp
Sauce:
Minced Ginger--------1 tbsp
Minced Garlic---------1 tbsp
Minced Curry leaves---1 tbsp
Food color(red)--------1/2 tbsp
Soy sauce--------------1 tbsp
Ginger garlic sauce-----1 tbsp
Procedure:
1)Cut the chicken into small cubes.
2)Make a batter with all the other ingredients and mix chicken in it.
3)Marinate for about an hour.
4)Deep fry the marinated chicken and set aside.
5)Make a sauce in another pan by adding all the sauce ingredients.
6)Now add the fried chicken into the sauce and mix well.
7)Fry the entire mixture for 5-10 minutes.
8)Serve hot with ketchup.
