chintachiguru(tamarind leaves) mamsam(mutton)


Ingredients:
1/2 kg Mutton
2 cups Chintachiguru(Tamarind leaves)
 1 onions
4 splitted green chillies
1 string curry leaves
1 tbsp turmeric pwdr
2 tbsp chilli pwdr
salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp garam masala

Procedure:
1)Boil mutton and chintachiguru(tamarind leaves) separately with salt and turmeric pwdr and keep it aside.
2)Take a pan and fry onions till transparent add ginger garlic paste to it.
3)Add tomatoes and let them cook well.
4)Add boiled mutton,salt,chilli pwdr,garam masala,turmeric pwdr to it.
5)Let it cook for 10-15 min.
6)Add Chintachiguru to it and let all the water dries out.
7)Serve hot with rice/chapathi.
