Nellore Fish Pulusu


Ingredients:

Fish--------------6 pieces
Tamarind Juice---2 Spoons
Ram Mango-----1 with/without skin
Onions-----------1 large(Chopped)
Ripe Tomato-----1 Large(Finely Chopped)
Green Chillies----4 splitted
For Seasoning:

mustard seeds,Fenu greek seeds,Jeera,hing,Curry leaves--To Taste

Procedure:

1) Now in the same pan add the seasoning and then the onions.Allow the onions to fry till transparent.
2)Add the finely chopped tomatoes into the onions.
3)Add the tamarind Juice along with raw mango pieces,chiili powder,salt,turmeric pwdr and add some water to it.
4)Make the mixture become thicker.Now add Fish pieces to it.
5)Dont mix it.let it on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
6)Serve hot with rice.
