Ingredients:
Mutton----------1 kilo
Onion-----------1 large
Green chillies----4 splitted
Gongura---------2 bunches
ginger garlic paste--1 tbsp
garam masala------1 tbsp
turmeric pwdr------1 tbsp
salt-----------------to taste
chilli pwdr----------2 tbsp
Procedure:
1)Boil mutton and gongura separately with salt and turmeric pwdr.Let the water vapours completely from mutton and gongura.
2)Take a pan add oil and fry onions till transparent.
3)Add ginger garlic paste.add gongura to it.
4)Now add mutton,salt,chilli powder,garam masala and fry for 10-15 minutes.
5)Serve hot with rice/chapathi.
