kakarakaya(Bitter gourd/karela) fry

Ingredients:
Karela/kakarakaya
1 onions
1 string Curry leaves
1 tbsp chilli pwdr
2 finely chopped green chillies
salt to taste
1 tbsp turmeric pwdr
 mustard seeds,chana dal,
urad dal,cumin seeds For seasonig

Procedure:
1)Cut karela into round pieces and boil them with salt,turmeric pwdr ,deep fry in oil and set them aside.
2)Take a pan add oil then add all seasoning,curry leaves,green chillies and then onions.
3)Fry onions till transparent.
4)Now add the fried karela pieces,salt,chilli pwdr,mix them well and fry them for 4-5 minutes.
5)serve hot with tomato pappu/sambar and rice.
