Ingredients:
10 Bendakayalu/okra with cuts1 cup grated coconut
1 tbsp chilli pwdr
1 tbsp turmeric pwdr
salt to taste
Procedure:
1)Take a pan with oil and add the okra,salt,turmeric pwdr to it.2)place lid on top.
Note:Dont mix the okra.
3)Let it cook for 5-6 min.then mix it once.4)Again let it cook for 5 min.
5)Add chilli pwdr,grated coconut and mix once.
6)Serve with sambar/tomato pappu and rice.
