Prawn Fry






Ingredients:
Prawn------------1 kilo
Onion------------1 chopped
Tomato-----------1 finely chopped
Green chillies-----4-5 splitted
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Garam masala------1 tbsp
curry leaves--------1 string
Turmeric pwdr-----1 tbsp
chilli pwdr----------2 tbsp
salt----------------To taste

Procedure:

1)Boil Prawns with salt and turmeric pwdr.keep them aside.
2)Take a pan and add oil to it.Fry onions till they are transparent.
3)Add ginger garlic paste and then add chopped tomatoes to it.let them cook well.
4)Add cooked prawns,salt,chilli pwdr,garam masala,turmeric pwdr to the above mixture.
5)Mix well,add little amount of water,place the lid and let it boil for 15-20 minutes.
6)Let the water vapourise totally and oil oozes out.
7)Serve hot with rice/chapathi.
