Ingredients:
2 cups Fermented dosa batter (thick)salt to taste
a pinch of baking soda
1 cup finely chopped onions
2-3 finely chopped green chillies
4-5 finely chopped curry leaves
hand full of soaked chana dal
Procedure:
1)Mix all the ingredients well.Let them soak well for about 2-3 hrs.2)Heat oil in a pan.
3)Mix all the ingredients well.
4)Drop the batter with hand into oil like small balls.
5)Fry them till golden brown.
6)Serve them with coconut and tomato chutney.
