Ingredients:
1 cup Rice Flour1 cup Maida
1 cup Sooji
1 grated Carrot
1 finely chopped Onion
1 finely chopped Green chillies
finely chopped Cilantro
finely chopped curry leaves
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.Take a pan and spread the batter evenly on it.
Serve hot with coconut and ginger chutney.
