Shrimp cigar

Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp 
2 spring rolls sheets 
1 cup fresh basil leaf
1tsp salt
2tsp venegar
soya sauce

procedure:

1)clean the shrimp and cut it into two by splitting at the top.
2)Take a bowl and put 2 tbsp venegar,soysauce,a cup of water.marinate the shrimp in it for half an hour.
3)Drain the water and take the shrimp out.
4)Now take one spring roll sheet.place a basil leaf,shrimp and sprinkle salt lightly and then roll it.
5)Deep fry the rolls in oil and serve them hot with peach sauce.
