Ingredients:
1 lb Shrimp
1 tbsp Corn starch
1 tbsp maida(All purpose flour)
1 egg
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt to taste
Red Food Colour
Procedure:
1)Clean shrimp well .2)Marinate shrimp with ginger garlic paste,chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce,salt for half an hour.
3)Now add corn starch,maida,red colour and egg.Let it keep aside for half an hour.
4)Take oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated shrimp.
5)Serve hot as a appetizer.
