Shrimp Pakoda


Ingredients:

1 lb Shrimp
1 tbsp Corn starch
1 tbsp maida(All purpose flour)
1 egg
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt to taste
Red Food Colour

Procedure:
1)Clean shrimp well .
2)Marinate shrimp with ginger garlic paste,chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce,salt for half an hour.
3)Now add corn starch,maida,red colour and egg.Let it keep aside for half an hour.
4)Take oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated shrimp.
5)Serve hot as a appetizer.
