Ingredients:
1 cup boiled rice1/2 cup Grated Amla
1/4 cup grated coconut
Turmeric pwdr
salt to taste
1 string Curry leaves
For seasoning:
2 tbsp oil 4-5 Red chillies
1 tbsp Urad dal
1 tbsp chana dal
1 tbsp 1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp peanuts
1 tbsp cashew nuts
Procedure:
1)Heat oil in a pan and add seasoning.2)Fry till golden brown.
3)Add grated amla,salt,curry leaves and turmeric pwdr to it and fry till water drains out.
4)Now add boiled rice to the mixture and mix well.
5)Then add Grated coconut to it.Mix all the ingredients well.
