Mutton Kheema(Minced) fry






Ingredients:
1kg Minced Mutton
1 Finely chopped onions
1Finely chopped tomato
3-4 green chillies splitted
1tbsp ginger garlic paste1tbsp garam masala
1tbsp turmeric pwdr
2tbsp chilli pwdr
1tbsp salt
1 string curry leaves
some coriander leaves(Finely chopped)

Procedure:
1)Boil  minced mutton with salt,turmeric pwdr and let the water vapurizes completely.
2)Take a pan with oil and add onions,green chillies,curry leaves and saute them till transparent.
3)Add ginger garlic paste and then Finely chopped tomatoes to it.
4)Cook well and then add the boiled minced mutton,chilli pwdr,salt,garam masala and mix well.
5)Place the lid on the top and let the curry fry till all the water goes outand oil oozes out of the curry.
6)Sprinkle coriander leaves over the curry.
7)Enjoy it with chapathi/rice.
